Do you speak fluently in one of the Nordic language and have good level of English also excellent problem and analytical skills together with good knowledge of MS Word/MS Excel/Outlook? You are a team player but also feel strong in organizing your own work day schedule. Additionally, people describe you as motivated and goal-oriented person. Your chances will be even higher once you have the relevant education, experience in accounting/finance/BPO with the knowledge of SAP. Your responsibility will involve contact with clients and other business units over the phone or email, query resolution, payments Collections, customer account reconciliation, maintaining low aged balances as well as reporting status of outstanding positions.
